Building My Real Estate Empire

To understand how I got here, we will need to take a step back in time to see how I have arrived here.

For as long as I remember, I have been reading, learning, and tinkering with Real Estate. What I mean by “tinkering” is from time to time real estate opportunities would always seem to come my way, but I never really treated it like a business. Every once in a while I would get real motivated and go out and find a deal or two to work.

For the last 10 years I spent in the Mortgage and Real Estate in more traditional and have mostly treated Real Estate Investing activities as a side line or part tiem venture. Well, now I have decided that now is the time. Just jump in full time and see what happens. (ok, there has been quit a bit more planning than that) but I have jumped in.

I started a company called Empire Holdings & Investments Inc.
